Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An established retail pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at their Sterling, IL location. This permanent, full-time role offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced workweek and consistent hours.

Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy operations including medication procurement and dispensing.


• Verify prescribed medications in compliance with professional standards, facility policies, and applicable state and federal laws.
