Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities

+ Perform in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors.

Documentation & Billing

+ Complete departmental documentation and billing by end of each shift (e.g., dispensing records, refrigerator logs, chemotherapy compounding records, billing, controlled substance delivery records).
+ Complete clinical workload documentation (manual or electronic) by end of each shift.
