Job Description
Take on a vital role at PeaceHealth as a Pharmacy Informatics Coordinator in a part-time capacity (0.50 FTE). Your efforts will significantly impact the integration of pharmaceutical care technology.
As a Pharmacy Informatics Coordinator, you will facilitate both inpatient and outpatient care through advanced pharmacy systems. Your responsibilities include staff training, compliance management, and advising management on strategic technology implementations. You will also assist in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee compliance and quality assurance processes
• Mentor Pharmacy Residents during Informatics rotations
• Test and implement new pharmacy systems and updates
• Facilitate effective communication between teams and IT
• Develop backup procedures to handle system downtimes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy is required
• At least 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience
