Responsibilities
- Pass an enhanced safeguarding check before commencing work.
- Work day shifts (26 hrs per week) with a requirement for weekend working.
- Provide friendly, warm service to customers and help them find the right products.
- Resolve customer problems quickly and efficiently.
- Accurately assemble and process prescriptions.
- Drive awareness and promotion of pharmacy services such as prescription collection, medicines use reviews, blood pressure checks and stop smoking schemes.
- Support the pharmacist with effective record‑keeping of patient services.
- Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures consistently.
- Collect prescriptions from the customer’s doctor.
