Pharmacovigilance & Safety Specialist – Mexico

Syneos Health in Mexico City is seeking a Safety & PV Specialist to support pharmacovigilance activities across clinical trials and post‑marketing programs. You will enter IC SRS data, code events, maintain MedDRA dictionaries, and ensure timely regulatory reporting.

The role requires knowledge of GCP, GVP, SOPs and a collaborative approach to work across teams with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
