Day-to-day duties include accurately dispensing prescriptions, reviewing medication therapy for appropriateness, and counseling patients on proper use, potential side effects, and interactions. The Pharmacist collaborates with other health care professionals, maintains comprehensive patient records, and ensures compliance with all regulatory, legal, and corporate standards. The role also involves overseeing pharmacy workflow, supporting pharmacy team members, managing inventory and controlled substances, and promoting health and wellness services such as vaccinations and medication reviews. The Pharmacist contributes to a positive customer experience by delivering professional, respectful, and confidential care to every patient.
