In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for all aspects of medication therapy, including review of all new medication orders and reconciliation of home medications.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain active NYS Pharmacist license in good standing. Responsible for triaging work appropriately to minimize order turn-around time and treatment delays. Perform medication reconciliation at point of order verification.Accurately verifies and dispenses medication orders, reviewing medications prepared for dispensing for accuracy and escalating and correcting any errors.
