Reporting to the DPP Manager, you will oversee sterile compounding processes, ensuring full adherence to legal standards and best practices. Throughout your work, you will maintain meticulous records and manage IV workflow, playing a pivotal role in medication safety and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement aseptic techniques in compounding medication
• Keep accurate records of cleaning and related activities
• Dispense and approve batches for IV workflows
• Monitor compliance in packaging and shipping
• Manage sterilization testing and documentation efforts
Requirements:
• College of Pharmacists registration required
• Relevant experience in compounding settings expected
• Accredited Pharmacist Certificate mandatory
