As a critical member of the pharmacy team, this hospital-based role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for acute inpatient care. You'll assess medication-related issues, contribute to treatment plans, and participate in Infectious Diseases rounds. Your commitment to evidence-based recommendations will be essential in managing complex infections and enhancing therapeutic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and verify medication orders accurately
• Optimize antimicrobial stewardship and therapeutic drug monitoring
• Assess and resolve medication-related issues for patients
• Support quality improvement initiatives and pharmacy education
• Participate in mentorship and precepting of students
