A 150-bed community hospital located near Nashville, TN is seeking a dedicated Night Pharmacist to join their team. This contract role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your pharmacy expertise in a hospital setting while supporting critical overnight operations.
Schedule:
- Night shift, 7 days on / 7 days off
- 10-hour shifts
Responsibilities:
- Verify medication orders for accuracy and safety
- Supervise pharmacy technicians during the night shift
- Utilize pharmacokinetic principles to optimize patient care
- Collaborate and consult with physicians and nursing staff on medication therapies
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
