Pharmacist (Facility Program Manager)

Summary Position Location: VA San Diego Healthcare System, San Diego, CA (Specialties Pharmacy Service) The Pharmacy Data Applications Program Manager must be a licensed pharmacist with a Pharm.D., preferably with an accredited PGY-2 Informatics Residency, or other equivalent. This position reports to the Associate Chief, Specialties Pharmacy Section. NOTE: The 2-page Resume requirement does not apply to this position.
