Pharmacist (Facility Program Manager)

Summary The Facility Program Manager (Pharmacoinformaticist) performs analytical and evaluative work associated with direct and indirect patient care and service-related outcome data. The incumbent organizes and develops clinically-related information to provide a foundation by which medical center leadership and health care providers can make effective data-driven decisions to deliver optimal patient care. The incumbent also monitors VHA PBM program outcomes, including patient safety.
