Pharmacist

Job Summary The Pharmacist ensures the safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of medications in a long-term care pharmacy setting. This role requires strong clinical interpretation skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient safety. The pharmacist will provide routine and emergency drug screening, information, processing, and dispensing services to support patient care and pharmacy management objectives.Key Responsibilities
