Position Summary
Reporting to the Director, Pharmacy Services, part-time pharmacist will provide clinical coverage to a variety of clinical areas. There are no requirements for overnight or on-call shifts.
Primary Responsibilities
Safety (patient, worker & workplace) is a BCHS Corporate Priority. The successful applicant will demonstrate good stewardship in the identification, reporting and mitigation of unsafe acts or conditions.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
- Licensed (Part A) Pharmacist in the Province of Ontario.
- Experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy environment preferred.
