This position reports to the Pharmacy Manager and is responsible for receiving, preparing, and delivering prescriptions accurately and timely. Ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet patients’ needs, counseling with appropriate documentation to all patients, providing friendly, positive and proactive interaction with internal and external customers, and creating awareness and educating customers through public relations.
