• Lead customer projects independently, ensuring on‑time and successful completion from planning to execution.
• Advise clients during transition to ProPharma X, ensuring their pharmacy processes run optimally.
• Coordinate collaboration among customers, internal specialists and external partners to ensure an optimal project flow.

Qualifications

• Completed training in a pharmacy or pharmaceutical environment (e.g., Pharmacy Assistant) or comparable experience.
• Knowledge of ProPharma X software; in‑depth familiarity preferred for flexible and competent customer support.
