Pharma Customer Experience Specialist

VCloud Interactive LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Representative (CER) to service Healthcare Professionals and Consumers through Inbound, Outbound, Chat and Email channels. The role requires strong communication, product and disease state knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced call center.

The CER should have healthcare experience, proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office, and a proven attendance record.
