Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets and grow business in the allocated territory
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors
Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessment
Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence Requirements
Required Experience
Hands-on experience in industrial products or capital equipment sales
Exposure to selling engineered solutions will be an added advantage Desired Behavioural Competencies
High energy and result-oriented attitude
Strong customer orientation and relationship management skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Excellent communication skills in English and local language
Good negotiation and presentation skills
