Summary This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Security, Facilities and Logistics Operations, Security Management Group (SMG). As a Personnel Security Specialist, GS-0080-12, you will be responsible for performing credential processing functions and front-end personnel security investigative and adjudicative processes for CMS employees and contractors. Responsibilities Processing PIV credentials for CMS employees and contractors through enrollment, issuance, post-issuance, and credential lifecycle support. Administering the agencywide PIV induction program and ensuring applicant documentation and credentialing actions meet federal and agency requirements.
