Group Class Instruction:Design, choreograph, and lead diverse group fitness classes suitable for various skill levels.
Technique & Safety:Demonstrate exercises, correct form to prevent injury, and enforce safety/hygiene rules.
Individual & Group Motivation: Encourage participants, foster a positive environment, and build client rapport.
Program Development: Create structured, effective workouts for group settings or individual clients.
Progress Monitoring: Track participant progress, offer feedback, and adjust exercises as necessary.
Equipment Management: Ensure all fitness equipment is used safely and properly maintained.
Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching: Provide guidance on healthy eating, lifestyle changes, and wellness, ensuring advice stays within scope of practice.
Operations
