Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will support our attorneys in managing cases from inception to resolution, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Manage case files, ensuring that all documents are organized and up-to-date.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers to gather information and provide updates.
• Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of case summaries.
• Schedule appointments, hearings, and depositions.
• Maintain a calendar of deadlines and ensure timely filing of documents.
