About the Role

I am seeking a Personal Assistant to support a 64 year old male. The hours will be combined with the existing carer hours. The PA hours will be used flexibly to meet my client’s needs and support him to continue living a full and active life. My client has experienced two strokes and had two knee replacements, which affect his mobility and short‑term memory. He uses walking aids and an electric wheelchair, though he is also able to drive independently. Despite these challenges, he is determined, positive, and enjoys getting out and about. He also lives with PTSD, which can impact his mood at times. He is looking for someone who is not fazed by this, can offer patient, calm support during more difficult moments, and help him achieve a positive outcome.
