Job Summary
The Personal Banker at RHB Bank Berhad is responsible for building and nurturing strong customer relationships, providing financial advice, and selling a range of banking products and services to meet individual client needs and achieve sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
* Proactively engage with new and existing customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored banking solutions.
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell RHB Bank's products and services, including deposits, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products.
* Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including account opening, withdrawals, deposits, and fund transfers.
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a strong knowledge of RHB Bank's product offerings, policies, and procedures, as well as relevant financial regulations.
