We're hiring: Personal Assistant (Full-time · Remote) 🎬
JayPeg Productions is growing, and I'm looking for a sharp, highly organised Personal Assistant to help run the day-to-day of the studio so we can stay focused on what we do best: creating standout visual stories for our clients.
JayPeg is a modern visual content studio specialising in commercial photography, brand storytelling, AI-powered visual creation, and short-form video based in Bengaluru and working with brands far beyond it.
What you'll do:
- Manage my calendar, inbox, and scheduling across shoots, clients, and meetings
- Keep projects on track timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
- Coordinate clients, freelancers, and vendors
- Organize files, assets, invoices, and studio admin
- Support content scheduling and general operations
What I'm looking for:
- 1–3 years in an admin, EA, or coordination role (creative or agency experience a big plus)
