Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the C-suite’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
  • Screen and handle calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support daily operations.
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Assist with both business and personal/household errands and arrangements.
  • Organize and support event planning and team bonding activities.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Provide ad-hoc support as and when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
