Job Purpose:
The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director ensuring their daily schedules and tasks are effectively managed. This role requires a high level of organization, discretion, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
This position is suitable for fresh graduates or junior candidates who are eager to learn and gain exposure in the banking and insurance / financial services environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate calendars, ensuring schedules are up to date, prioritized, and well organized.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel plans, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
• Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations.
• Act as a primary point of contact between senior management and internal / external stakeholders.
