POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide full administrative and executive support to the Executive Chairman (EC) of GD Holdings. The Personal Assistant (PA) / Executive Assistant ( EA) to the Executive Chairman (EC) provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and personal support to ensure the Chairman's business and personal commitments run smoothly. The PA will act as the primary point of contact for scheduling, guest management, and logistical coordination, while also overseeing support matters such as drivers and company vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Executive Chairman's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
