RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Arrange travel plans and accommodations.
• Manage calendars and schedules.
• Handle emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
• Organize meetings and prepare minutes.
• Perform personal and office errands.
• Maintain filing systems and databases.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any four-year Business course.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Adequate verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highly organized, mature, and maintains strong personal presentation.
• Proactive, with strong initiative.
• Able to work efficiently with minimal to no supervision.
• Consistently demonstrates confidentiality.
