Job Description

Job Title: Remote Executive/Personal Assistant (Multi-Company Operations)

Overview: Support the owner across two companies — a trucking/motor carrier operation and a wedding/event venue business — handling accounting, HR administration, day-to-day problem-solving, and general operational support. This is a full-time remote role for someone who thrives on variety and can manage multiple priorities independently.


Core Responsibilities

  • Accounting support: Bookkeeping assistance, invoice processing, expense tracking, reconciliations, AR/AP follow-up, coordinating with accountant/CPA at tax time
  • HR administration: Onboarding paperwork, maintaining employee/contractor records, tracking certifications and compliance deadlines (e.g., driver documentation for trucking), scheduling
