JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate of any 4 year course
• 5 to 7 years of experience working in a real estate company
• With experience dealing with government agency or permit related experience/background
• With strong interpersonal/intrapersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
• Attention to detail

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To process and secure necessary permits and licenses to launch all new proposed developments.
• Complies with the governmental agency’s requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Ensuring legal and technical due diligence activities are completed and issues addressed.
