The Physiotherapist is a member of the Rehabilitation Services team and is responsible for providing physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and education services to inpatients, outpatients, and home care clients in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies. This role supports safe, effective, and patient‑centred care across the continuum and works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and ongoing evaluation for patients with a broad range of conditions across inpatient, outpatient, and home care settings.
