Permanent Part-Time Chef (Multiple positions) 

Our kitchen is growing, and we're on the lookout for passionate, energetic and team-driven chefs to join our Venue, Pastry Kitchen and Oval Hotel brigades and help create high-quality meals in a world-class venue! This role is offered on a permanent, part-time basis with a minimum engagement of 15 hours per week. The suitable candidates will have availability across the entire week, including nights and weekends. 


Venue Banquet Chef - What you'll be doing


  • Deliver standout food across everything from casual bites to premium menus, buffets and large-scale banquets (no two days are the same here!).

  • Bulk food prep (be prepared to chop, cut, peel and wash!).
