Become a Case Manager with CMHA-YRSS on the Assertive Community Treatment Team in Vaughan, ON. Support clients with mental health challenges and promote recovery in the community.
This permanent, full-time role requires a commitment of 35 hours per week, including potential evening and weekend work. The Case Manager will work directly with clients aged 16 and older, focusing on individual needs and long-term support through collaboration and goal-setting.
