This is a great opportunity for a rewards specialist to join our team of professionals driving and developing Performance and Reward (P&R) policies and processes for KONE Nordics. We are now looking for a Performance & Reward Specialist, Nordics to join our teamfor a 12‑month fixed‑term position as a maternity leave replacement.
This role will be a key member of our Performance and Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE)and you will be reporting to the Performance & Reward Manager for Nordics.
As a P&R specialist Nordics, your main responsibilities include:
Managekey annual P&R processes, including salary review, KONE bonus plan and performance management.
Support in the execution and development of Performance & Reward processes, policies and practices across the Nordicsincluding employee training.
