Performance Marketing Specialist — Stock Options

Klar S.A de C.V. is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to scale paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging channels from our Mexico City HQ.

You will own daily operations, optimize CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversions, and collaborate with creative, analytics and growth teams to drive measurable growth. This hands-on role requires data-driven decision making, 2+ years of campaign experience, strong analytical skills, and English proficiency.
