Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Manage Search Ads, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and retargeting campaigns where needed
- Manage Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels if required
- Optimize campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer quality
- Review landing pages and suggest improvements to increase conversion rate
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing
- Strong experience with Google Ads
- Experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus
- Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and remarketing
- Experience with e-commerce, marketplace, gaming, SaaS, or digital products is preferred
