Job Purpose

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for owning, executing, and optimizing our paid acquisition strategy to drive scalable user growth, conversion, and retention. You will manage campaigns across multiple digital channels (including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic), leveraging data-driven insights to optimize CAC and maximize ROAS or LTV.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• End-to-End Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across major platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
