Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview

REMI is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to scale proven demand once positioning, ICP, and messaging are clearly established. This role focuses on capturing existing demand efficiently, not creating a category from scratch. You will own paid acquisition channels and work closely with growth and product teams to turn validated messaging into predictable and measurable customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Scale paid acquisition across channels such as Google Ads, Reddit Ads, and LinkedIn Ads where appropriate.
• Translate proven messaging into high-performing ads and landing pages.
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve acquisition efficiency.
• Manage and optimize paid marketing budgets with clear performance goals.
