Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) to own and drive Helpling Singapore’s paid marketing performance across key digital channels. This role will focus on execution excellence, performance optimisation, and data‑driven insights to maximise customer acquisition efficiency. You will work closely with the Managing Director and Growth Marketing Manager to translate business priorities into high‑performing campaigns.
Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across key channels such as Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement data‑driven optimisations to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency.
- Manage day‑to‑day campaign operations, including bidding strategies, targeting, and budget pacing.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, and channel‑level performance.
