Profitable, and entering hyperscale.What you'll do- Own end-to-end paid UA strategy across Meta, Google UAC, and emerging channels for 3+ apps - Drive the trial-to-subscription funnel (UPI AutoPay-led monetization) - Set up creative testing pipelines, attribution, and MMP workflows (AppsFlyer / Adjust / Branch) - Partner with creative and UGC teams to ship 50+ ad variants a week - Build cohort-level ROAS models and own the spend P&L - Scale spend into 8-figure monthly budgets without breaking unit economicsYou're a fit if- 3 to 4 years scaling paid UA at a consumer app in India.
