Overview

Position Objective

Responsible for driving quality traffic and campaign performance across digital channels, supporting both online and online business growth. This role focuses on executing data-driven campaigns, supporting brand-led initiatives, and enhancing customer journey through paid media, KOL/KOC collaborations, and CRM alignment.

Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing & Traffic Growth - Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok (SEM/Display/YouTube), and other relevant channels
• Monitor website traffic trends and campaign performance to support Brand Marketing campaign objectives
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve traffic quality and conversion
• Work closely with Brand Marketing Team to align on campaign direction and traffic KPIs
