Role Overview
The Performance Management Consultant is a strategic partner responsible for designing, running, and continuously improving Servus’ enterprise performance management system so it drives real business performance, clear expectations, and equitable, differentiated outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, running, and continuously improving the enterprise performance management cycle, including goal setting, check‑ins, and calibration.
- Driving goal quality and alignment by maintaining goal‑setting standards, templates, and rubrics.
