Performance & Kpi Coordinator (Lomas de Chapultepec)

Position Mission: GBS Finance is deploying KPI and challenges the performance of Noram & Latam entities. The Performance & KPI Officer is responsible for tracking and collecting the performance (savings, automation, efficiency, etc.), guaranteeing the reliability of the KPIs and the accuracy of the data, supporting the managers in understanding and monitoring their KPI & Performance, ensuring the global consolidation of the KPI & Performance for SL Finance.

• Collect financial data (MTP) from the controlling team in order to assess financial KPI and prepare the future charging model
• Ensure to collect the budget/MTP breakdown by costs / budget lines
• Ensure to collect FTE (Forecast and actuals, monthly report)
• Split budget, estimates and FTE by tower (AP, GA, AR, Treasury)
• Identify operating costs and overheads
