Job Description
We are seeking an experienced **Performance Engineering Manager I** to act as a subject matter expert within Software, System, and Test Engineering.
You will work in Newtown, PA and various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
**Responsibilities**
+ Participate in pre-sales and consulting activities, leveraging domain-specific knowledge to provide technical expertise in solution design, requirements that align with client needs
+ Lead and support offshore/onsite performance analysts
+ Create high-quality test documentation
+ Coordinate smaller-scale projects and/or initiatives, ensuring all project stages are managed effectively
+ Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact
