Perform load, stress, spike, and endurance testing. Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks. Analyze results and prepare performance reports with improvement recommendations. Work closely with developers and QA teams to resolve performance issues. Assist in performance tuning of applications, databases, and infrastructure. Requirements 3–6 years of experience in performance testing or engineering. Hands-on experience with at least one performance testing tool (JMeter/LoadRunner/k6).
