Key Responsibilities:
• Create multichannel assets using AI-first workflows
• Develop high-impact motion graphics and video content
• Analyze performance metrics to enhance designs
• Prototype and A/B test concepts for performance
• Optimize web layouts to reduce friction for clients
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in digital/performance design
• Proficiency in After Effects or similar tools
• Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with marketing psychology and direct response
