Performance and BI Analyst

6 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To analyse and interpret data in order to produce accurate, timely, and meaningful performance reports that support service delivery, statutory reporting, and organisational decision-making. The role involves developing and maintaining data pipelines and reporting systems using SQL, ETL processes, and Power BI to enable effective self-service reporting and insight across the Council. The postholder ensures data is reliable, compliant, and used to drive service improvement and meet regulatory and inspection requirements.
