People Strategy Leader — Manufacturing Campus HRBP

Hitachi Energy seeks an experienced HRBP Campus Manager to lead HR across our Reynosa manufacturing campus in Reynosa, Mexico. You will partner with site leadership to develop workforce strategies, strengthen employee relations, and drive talent initiatives that align with business goals.

You will build a high-performing HR team, ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and maquiladora requirements, and deliver data-driven decisions to support growth across locations.
