**Job Summary**:
The role of People Operations Senior Director, plays a crucial role in shaping the culture, development, and success of our organization through strategic human resources initiatives.
This role leads the development of People Operations Partners to support employees and managers in North America.
In addition, this role works directly with Senior Leadership to foster a culture of development and ongoing leadership training.
**Essential Functions**:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to People Operations Partners to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Work closely with POP's to create collaboration with assigned practices.
