People Operations & Learning Specialist

QALAM is a youth-focused initiative committed to empowering children and young people through impactful training, learning, and development programs. As we grow towards becoming a registered Non-Profit Organization (NPO), we are looking for a passionate and organized professional to help build strong HR and learning systems while ensuring the smooth execution and documentation of all training activities.

Position Summary

The People Operations & Learning Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete learning ecosystem of QALAM. This includes maintaining training records, coordinating batches, supporting recruitment and HR processes, managing trainers and participants, and developing systems that enable organizational growth. Experience working with NGOs, NPOs, or educational/training organizations will be highly preferred.
